🌱 One-Day Contact Class on Post-Harvest Management 🎉📜
The Centre for e-Learning, Kerala Agricultural University (CeL-KAU) successfully conducted a one-day contact class as part of its Online Certificate Course in Post-Harvest Management( Malayalam& English) at the College of Agriculture, Vellanikkara.
🎤 The program was inaugurated by Dr. Mani Chellappan, Dean, CoA, Vellanikkara, and began with a warm welcome speech by Dr. B. Ajithkumar, Director, CeL-KAU.
Dr. Anu Mary Markose, Department of Post-Harvest Technology, led interactive sessions, where participants gained hands-on training in making 🍍 pineapple jam, 🍹 squash, and 🍅 tomato sauce!
🙏 The session concluded on a note of gratitude, with Dr. Akhil Ajith, Institutional Coordinator, CeL-KAU, delivering the vote of thanks.
