The learner needs to submit assignments, project during the due course before attending the final exam of the online certificate course. If the learner is failed he/she can appear for the exam during the next course notification with the permission of the centre. But if the learner is failed in MOOC then he/she (If needs) has to enrol in the same course and to appear for the exam.
